not trying to thread highjack here but if you guys get chance check out my website, would love some feedback from fellow triumph owners. ive a "61 T100ss and a "66 3TA myself "proper" triumphs!
didn't know how you guys did the linky thing ill use the guys web site above to try new guys website cool! that was easy..now the hard bit is trying to remember
Ok James! Bit of advice here, if you want to get some business out of these forum members, 1: you have to give us discount and 2,: get to know who your market is, FFS!! SLIMFIT T Shirts Where are you coming from???
Yea I suppose I does look very much like that. Let me just say I am still a working man. I'm a full time engineer and I purely run the shop for the love of bikes. There is currently a discount code that should pop up when you visit the site (it will ask you to follow Instagram or Twitter) But I have absolutely no problem offering forum discounts should the interest be there. I agree not everyone loves a slim fit shirt! Haha I don't generally wear them myself but they aren't all slim fit. Plus I'm mostly after feedback and if you guys like a design that I should offer in a more classic t-shirt I will happily do that. (And also note maybe slim cut is a bad choice haha) Either way thanks for the advice J
I was referring to the fact that the majority on here lost sight of their toes decades ago and the idea of slimfit selling here, well barrel fit maybe
Hahaha well I guess it comes to us all! Well the classic cut t-shirts should be fine. If there is a specific design you would like in a more "gently" t-shirt let me know and I'll sort that out. Also no offence intended... But do you feel I should offer sizes beyond extra large?
There are a few on here who would be classed as HL , humungously large, but not a majority, there's also a couple who would need childrens sizes. You can't please everybody all the time etc etc
I do find it slightly interesting that in the past when someone new came on here to sell their stuff they would get flamed, but with VP who is selling non-Triumph branded stuff is welcomed with open arms.
It's because I own proper triumphs! Haha So.. I will add some 2xl sizes to the website later tonight and if there are any designs you would like to see in "non-skinny" t-shirts please let me know. Also I will generate a discount code for the forum if you guys are happy with that? Let me know on here so I can gauge interest
I agree. It's seems as though VP is spamming the forums for business. Has VP contacted the moderator / site owner and paid for advertising??
i personally don't mind companies coming on here showing us what they have to offer,if it's not of interest to anyone they won't get any sales..if anyone doesn't like the idea of companies selling stuff on here you have the option of ignoring it
I have to agree with Dougie on this, he's not going to sell anybody what they dont want !!!, I've already voiced my personal opinion on another of VP's posts ,but the guy does have a vintage Triumph/bike interest which he can share with us without the need to sell.
@Scoot65 i have not done so no. i didnt realise this would be an issue but its a good point. i have no intention to upset anyone here as i have said before and also my intention is not to "spam" i am in fact still working full time as an engineer. I run the shop just because i love to do so. I do not mean to offend anyone.
@TEZ 217 appreciate the comment. its a shame really ive always found fellow bikers so friendly wherever ive been. but i can see previous sellers / scammers have caused quite a skepticism towards any sellers on forums. i can appreciate that having been on both sides now.
Nothing to do with me but looks like a cheap set of speedy ASVs http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Asv-Lever...423612?hash=item3f76f0ab3c:g:l3AAAOSwCU1YstoV
