Yeah, that's why I added the note! At least I know that no one can touch it! Yes Dave, I definitely count the hours now. And hope for a spell of nice weather for the pick up day
Hey Daniel, how does it work in the German winter with compulsory snow tyres? Does that apply to bikes? Eric
No, no snow tyres allowed in Germany, but we have to undergo some minor technical changes for the winter-season:
No sidecars! Cannot handle them, and for the ugly old wife... You know, I have no skull or bones on the back of my leather jacket but a nice stitching art-work saying: IF YOU CAN READ THIS, THE B...H FELL OFF I always try to keep it readable
So do we that's why we're on it and it's by far the best For - fun For - sarcasm For - strange goings on For - new friends And for............. pissing your pants with real old farts on here and laughter
Went to a BMW bike-meeting on a Guzzi 750 years ago... Guy asked me: 'Why did you fold up your cylinders???'
Now that you mention it! He was TALKING too! Not just uttering guttural sounds... Surely was only the twilight-zone
For all who read the above thread: Today I learned that yes, there are winter tyre rules for motorcycles in Germany as there are for cars: no summer tyres allowed if wintery conditions prevail. To be honest: since I never take my bike out in snow, or on icy roads, I was totally ignorant of this fact! Lesson learned, thanks to Eric!
