    hey guys!
Just passed my MOD2 today so thought I would come on as a prospective Street triple buyer and say hello!

Slight dilemma at the moment whether to go for standard triple 2010 with arrow cans or triple R 2012 without and slightly newer!?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Thanks Darkman.

Yeah, I've been thinking that too but the sound of the arrow cans are beastly and would cost what, £600+ to add to the R?
Or are they really not that much better/worth it?

In the real world the cans do so little other than looks that the better brakes of the R alone would be my reason, second hand cans (far cheaper) can be added at a later date if you you should wish to do so :).

I had a 2013 STR and my wife had a std 2013 ST.
The std one wasn't bad, but the suspension on the R was noticeably so much better !

Reminds me, if anyone wants a factory manual for the 2013 Street, I've got one for sale :D

Going to go for an R with low mileage and add the cans on at a later date.
Shall post pics up when purchased!

    Thanks Rich!

I am choking at the bit to purchase however under orders to wait until mortgage is complete before taking the plunge. 2-3 weeks of suffering await!

Gotta keep Miss Santa happy apparently...

    Welcome buddy.

Obviously mortgage takes precedence. Don't torture yourself buddy. Use the 2 weeks to research about the bike and keep looking as this would give you an insight on current going rate and negotiations you can push for ;-)

Sadly in an any partnership of equals SWMBO always gets the casting vote ,,, well unless you can find a sure fired way to keep her in the dark (but experience proves that never works).
