Thruxton 900 bikini fairing on my 1200r

    I would say that the headlamp is sticking out from the fairing a bit too much. If it could be set back 5-10mm I think it would look better - only my personal opinion of course.

    Yeah I know what you mate may don't think there is enough room to ream the hole may have to either paint the ring silver ice or black

    Looks great!
    The same genuine Triumph bikini fairing was fitted to my Bonnie when I bought it.
    The chrome rim is virtually flush with the front of the fairing on mine.
    As Big Lad says if it can be set back a tad it may look even better.

    Looks as good as anything else on the market, perhaps if it was black ?

    Notice you've blacked the headlight brackets, do the bolts screw into the side of the headlight or do you need to take the rim/glass off first ?

    They don't work for me,the fact that it goes right around seems to be the reason, I don't know why.

    I'm like you mate but the other way I sore what that had to offer for £100 and no way was I putting that on..

    Be boring if all the bikes looked the same

    Although I removed mine from the 900, i do like it on your bike Its original and thats what modifications is about !

    I'm liking that. I was only thinking last week what would the 900 fairing look like on the thruxton R and couldn't remember where I had read that someone was fitting one.
    How do you get on with the mirrors mounted bellow, do you still get reasonable view of whats behind.
