Went for a ride to long Eaton triumph to have a look at new shop. Mmm no America's , no Speed masters oo no Rocket 3 I asked had they a rush on sales. Ere no said salesperson those air cooled dinosaurs not pass the new emission tests coming out next year,but I have one I said yep you can own one but we are not selling any air cooled bikes.Gulp better take mine back home then.
They can carry on selling bikes that were manufactured before the incoming stricter regulations. It just means that from now on, new bikes will have to comply with the 2017 Euro 4 regulations - hence the reason Triumph have brought out the new 900 and 1200cc Bonneville range.
Btw Ade, I saw you on the (UK) telly recently. Was an advert for a toy store with you riding a red and silver 1200 GS !!!! At about 0:26 mins : You really should be wearing a helmet tho' .....................
