    Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any experience with the MIVV exhausts that seem to be good looking and good value. I have a 2015 S3R but now live in Australia and there's no official importer here so finding any "truths" out about them limits me to the manufactures own website etc. They look nice quality and seem a refreshing change from the Arrow systems/slip ons. (Not that i have anything against the Arrow). I'm still only running stock pipes at the moment and looking to upgrade in the near future. Arrow and Akro are real expensive here so if anyone has any suggestions would be grateful to get your feedback, cheers in advance.

    Welcome buddy.

    I had a Mivv can with carbon sleeve (just a slip on) on a R1. When it was custom mapped it didn't give out the desired results. The explanation given to me was that it was an open pipe (more like a straight through). Mind you that was on a R1. But it sounded nice with a deep growl ;-) and that was acceptable to me to loose a couple HPs :).

    I have recently fitted some Pipewerx round carbons to my 2010 Speed Triple, fantastic sound, look good and a decent price...made in England

    ^^++
    Werx are good cans at an affordable price. I had them on my in line 4s and they were great. Mine was a stainless steel one. Thier customer service was good too.

    Did you have to get a remap for this exhaust?

    No remap as does not req it, runs realy sweet. Infact i recon its smoother in the mid range and even more linear now :) I use the baffle that came with it and have drilled the tube at the bottom and top, 4 x 6mm top n bottom and 2 x 6mm holes in the rear baffle fixing plate above the exit pipe to let excessive gas build up escape out of tailpipe.

    Where did you buy it, the only one I can find is for 2015(probably same fitting anyway) in titanium £377.
    Also seen this on ad, which I thought odd '(note : db baffle must be fitted to prevent damage to O.E. indicators)

    Lol, don't blame you, but unless you have unreliable twin engine aircraft you should be quite safe:(

    Lol, even worse as that's now put me off flying to Aus :D Yes i thought about the under cans but found this one so cheap that i just had to buy it, very high quality titanium and carbon and about the same weight as just the old Triumph's link pipe.

    Sorry, yes its a 2015 model exhaust and fits straight on with no mods, the standard indicators could get burnt with the heat with no baffle but i have a tail tidy :) Best to put a splodge of sealer around the pipe to pipe joint as well and i found mine on a German evilbay site

    cheers for the input guys. As it turns out you cant actually buy the Arrow slip ons here anyway! which explains why Ive drawn nothing but blanks whilst looking for them and the only supplier that can get them wants $3600 (£2150):mad:. Had the choice of the new Suzuki gsx1000s or the s3r starting to think i made a boob! Again thanks for the help guys

    Just switched from a Full Arrow Line to Original Exhaust + MIVV suono slip on . The Result is a better torque at Mid Range without sacrifying speed at higer RPM , and of course less back firing
