I left home 530 this morning. Bought the bike. 44 miles to London. Stopped off for a redbul n a fag. I'm thoroughly shattered but there is a big grin on my face. People must think I lost the plot; -). And I'm loving the exhaust

I'm a PROUD OWNER OF TRIUMPH SPEED TRIPLE :)

I'm trying to upload but the picture is too large. Soon as I get home I'll sort something out; -)

It started raining until m25. Home now. Just gave her a quick clean n parked her up.

My left barend mirror gave up :-(. The ball bearing is busted. I need to find a decent bar end mirrors.

Whenever I come off the throttle the exhaust was backfiring like there is no tomorrow. Do you think it requires some dyno time. The baffles are removed at both ends. It has a nice throaty tone.

Cheers Pabs. I am keeping an eye for one. I am going to get rid of the pillion pegs. That would tidy up the rear nicely

I need to get barend mirrors 1st.

No remap and the bike runs smoother and has better grunt in the mid range, have drilled baffle as well :) I found it on German flea bay for £295 posted :) Very pleased with the result.

The pop and bang is normal due to the AIS when you come off the throttle.... personal thing but I bloody love it, gets on some folks nerves and can be stopped with a mod if you really want to? Nice looking bike by the way!

I usually do all the maintenance myself unless it's taking the engine apart. This bike came with full service history but I'm planning to do all maintenance going forward except the valve clearance. I will be keeping the receipts n a log of mileage and everything I do. Any thoughts please
