All three of my bikes have been plonked in front of that castle for a picture. Road from Ft William to Eilenn Donan is one of the best in Scotland, if not the world.
Obviously she's called "the wasp". Sting in the tail if you don't treat her right. So I treat her right. ATB Bob
My first Bonneville was Called Bad Betty for the song Bad Betty on a Bonneville by The Sonics. The second one (present) is named Ramona, after Ramona Flowers from Scott pilgrim. Total Badass girl. Absolutely needed to give my girl a name. To personify her. Don't really know why. Probably because it's not just a vehicle.
My Bonnie has lucifer orange and silver paint. She sounded like a sewing machine until her first service when the dealers fitted off-road pipes. As I was tooling back along the A road home I cracked open the throttle to hear a lovely deep Bonneville exhaust. "Lucy" I said "what have they done to you girl?!" She's been Lucy ever since.
