The control for the Oxford grips on my Ducati is fitted inside the handguard, a neat solution for bikes with them because it's not visible really due to the curve of the top of the guard unless you're actually on the bike. PXL_20260406_160857769.jpg

That's a great idea, tucked away, out of the way.
    Good One.:):)

I'd love to take the credit, but it was down to the previous owner :).

Could not resist the colour of these gloves, I now need the Shoei matching helmet.

Excellent choice I’ve worn the same (not purple mind) for all my Fireblade riding over the last 9 years. Got myself a new third pair for Xmas

Nice gloves but the colour is a bit Bon Marche for me.

I have been looking for this particular glove for a long time, suddenly found some in Ireland. A new range of RST gloves are due out soon, these are £150, but a high spec glove for the money. I am looking at a new set of air bag leathers. RST can make up a custom set, so that may be an option. I have bought RST gloves for years as I like the fit and spec.

I like a lot of the new design RST leathers, but a custom set would be absolutely the business! Their gloves do look excellent, but just do not fit me for some reason. I have really small hands and Alpinestars for leather and Knox for textile seem to be the answer. What helmet were you looking at (as you mentioned a Shoei)?

Hi Mrs V, it is the Shoei NXR 2 Tri Star's Zaku's design helmet. There are 3 different paint themes. Still loving my MM93. The link shows a picture of the helmet, although I would get it from my usual go-to shop.

Leathers with a built in airbag system that will deploy in the event of a crash.

That’s a very neat solution Mrs V. I just wonder how accessible it is if you have banana fingers with thickish gloves on?

Hmmmm, a bit “mid life crisis” with the colours but they look well made and decent spec.

Something in the tool dept, a nut riveting tool. VERY handy when you actually need one which, admittedly, may not be that often.

I can't quite reach because I have really small hands so do tend to alter the settings at a stop as otherwise I have to release the throttle or reach over. If I had bigger hands I do think it would be fine.

After much searching, my ocd requirement for a lid to match the bike was finally sorted. Gloves were bought to match my Texpeed jacket I bought myself ffor Xmas.
