    Good morning everyone

    I currently don't own a triumph, but have previously owned 2x mk1 675s, 1 being a R and 1 being a non R.

Now I am looking at getting another street triple, but unsure wether or not to go for a 765rs. I am currently looking at a clean 675RX with low mileage, but for the same price I could get a mk1 765rs.

Whats people's thoughts and opinions, on making the change to a 765 from a 675. Is it worth the extra brass ? I did really enjoy both my 2 mk1 675s, but they felt like they were getting tired, and parts have become difficult to source for them.

I am just looking for some advice, before I make a decision and join the triumph family again.

    Cheers

Hi and welcome, I have a 765 and think it's a totally fantastic bike, but have never ridden the 675, so no idea how they might compare I am afraid.

Hi and welcome…. Just go test ride the 765 as you can do the comparison based on your ownership of the 675’s.

I've had a 2017 765RS (my son now owns it) and I've got a '24 plate RS. Both are excellent IMO. Sorry, I've no experience with the 675 models.

@Wildwi11 Think i would go for the 765. As you say the 675's now are hard to get the spares. And any out there the race boys snatch them as they still race the model.
