@Idígoras Welcome to the family. Nice bike the America and well laid back. Do tap the upload a file button bottom right corner and show us all the bike. And send us some sunshine if you can.
Welcome! Do you find the carburetor on a bike to be an issue with riding in the mountains? I have always appreciated fuel injection when riding from the home of a relative in Colorado (1700 meters elevation) to the top of the mountains nearby (4,000 meters- see photo). I worry that a carburetor would be gasping for air with that climb!
Hi! I can't tell you, I haven't travelled to that altitude. The truth is, the motorcycle chose me. A friend offered it to me after my wife died. Not ABS, TC, Injection... ¡Like my last bike 30 years ago! I have been at 1.000 meters in 'The Silent route' and I did not have problems. Actually, I'd like to go to Scotland (to visit the whiskey route) this summer. I will check the altittude. Thanks for the advice. P.D: I'll try to fit a turbo on it to solve that problem
