Just jumping in again here in favour of Bulldog Triumph Winnersh. Anyone who has read my post bikes are going about my 660 springing a leak. They have again come to my aid and delivered their Demo 660 in yellow. They have also been talking to Triumph on my behalf and saying they promised a replacement Radiator which was supposed to arrive early this week and didn't and was not showing on their system as out for delivery. So they have not delivered me their Demo 660 in yellow and said it will be covered by their insurance. And Triumph are supposed to deliver a replacement which I can only take Triumph's word for. But in reality I am sorely disappointed with Triumph a company I have adorned till now and had such a high opinion of. If I do buy another bike as you all know I usually do I may be looking at a Honda.

Wait a minute Joe, I vaguely remember you saying quite recently that this bike would be your last purchase. Or did I imagine that? ;)

@beerkat That was the idea. And not the bike but the availability of spares really has dampened my love for the brand. Really had this been a Honda a week and it would be repaired. Triumph still don't have a date as to when the parts will be delivered. But in fairness to Bulldog they gave me their Demo bike. And really Triumph did deliver a new 660 to Bulldog today as they said they would. But Bulldog has said to hold on to their Demo and they will keep the new bike. Seems to make sense as it makes them deliver a bike and take their bike back when all i want is my bike back. But i can only Praise Andy and Jason and the boys at Bulldog for their efforts to get this resolved. But if i do change bike again which i am close to i will strongly look to Honda's. And @beerkat Surely this can be classed as act beyond my control.

@Baza Yes they are the department i have been mailing. I did try to speak to someone but the receptionist i think said i could not talk to a rep and she did not have the facility to transfer me to anyone. I got so tired of trying to explain to her that i need to talk to someone about my repairs or rejection of the bike. I just had to politely hang up

Sorry to hear about the unacceptable delay in getting spares to your dealer. I too am facing the same problem from Triumph. The screen that should have been fitted to my brand new T120 for Sept 1st delivery won’t even be ready to dispatch to the dealer until 7th Nov. Again unacceptable spares backup from Triumph.

Hope you get sorted pdq, but glad that you have the demo bike.

Just got my Trident back yesterday. Bulldog even delivered it back to me. They were so apologetic that the process had taken so long. They did say that they felt bad that it made them look like they were at fault when in fact it was parts supply. But Triumph and Bulldog have given me an extra years warranty as a gesture of good will. Which i must remember to get a copy of. But i just want to say again thanks to Bulldog for their efforts and help throughout this ordeal.

All things considered that's not a bad result, Joe. Kudos to Bulldog, too.

Yes mate. Even worse for them as i am a moaner and they had to put up with me. But they were in my corner all the way through this and so helpful. Perhaps i should have kept the loan bike as it was all on their insurance and covered by them. Not a bad way to ride. But now ready to go again. Did you do any more searching for your new stablemate.

Yes, a little, Joe - just not completely sure about the timing just yet.

well peeps had the 660 out yesterday and loved it. Triumph and Bulldog have have actually added a two year warranty for the bike and sent a certificate to the fact. I have fitted some extra protection for the radiator and also keep the bike a little cleaner.

@sprintdave O'H Yee of little faith. I would be foolish to get rid of that warranty. Alough i have been looking at the Daytona 660. Really nice bike and the grey one teases my mind. But next year if indeed. I am looking for an older CB500 or the VT as something to play with.
