If it's done what you need and like thats really all that matters, I could explain the whole process, but it would take a while.:)

Reviving an older thread. My bike is a 2013 Thruxton with 13,800 miles. Starts and idles fine. Has a stumble starting at 1800 rpm and improves or clears at 3000 rpm. Sometimes worse, sometimes better. Worst when decelerating and then applying throttle at 2,000 rpm. Definitely makes riding in town challenging and awkward.

At 12,000 miles the previous owner had Power Commander V installed and a custom map by Cycle Tunes in Portland. They did valve adjustment and throttle body sync. They deleted O2 sensors.

The previous owner said that he had not noticed the stumble/miss and I live in Bend where the elevation is 3800 ft.

    What I have checked:
Plugs were replaced at 12,000 miles and I pulled them and they look fine. Gap is spot on.
New K&N air filter at 12,000 miles. I removed the air filter and took a ride. No difference.
I pulled the rubber boots from the throttle bodies and they are soft and pliable.

The bike revs freely and at WFO doesn't seem to stumble at all.

I have an appt. with Cycle Tunes in Portland on 9/30 but have to trailer the bike 3.5 hrs to deliver to them and they said I should expect to leave it with them for 2 weeks, so trying to figure out what else I can try.

    Any advice appreciated.

Update: Gave it a try. Disconnected the battery for 10 minutes. Then, reconnected battery, started the bike without touching throttle and let it idle for 15 minutes. Test ride with no improvement. Troubleshooting continues.

Power commander just piggy backs the ecu so does not change it. Try removing it

TelemarkTumalo are you able to check and increase the TPS voltage?
