    Good morning,
Is it possible to replace the USB-A cable and socket with USB-C (T2501419)?
Is it the same connection and does it work properly?
    Have a nice weekend.

I bought quite recently from dare I say temu other Chinese sites available a set of adapters for less than £2 such as C to USB C to A and vice versa you get the idea saves any cutting and giving the bike electrics any wobbles that it doesn't like plus your not changing anything that could put a purest off buying your bike further down the road

Thanks a lot for your answer. Unfortunately I don't know for sure that T250419 is USB-C. I just searched for parts MY>21. According to our dealer new machines have USB-C sockets.

It would indeed be great if someone with a T120 model year newer than 2022 could check...

Thanks a lot for your reply.
The thing is my USB-A socket is broken and it was never able to load my phone or even hold the charge while using navigation.
By the way, I don't want to meddle with the wiring. I would ideally use the existing connector and just replace the last part of cable with the socket from the connector on.

USB A is still the universally accepted socket for power/charging connections. Micro, mini and USB C are used on small devices where there's no room for a USB A.
The pins on USB A are obviously much bigger and more robust.

    Thanks a lot!
So the one I found has to be mounted horizontal and yours is vertical?
Vertical would be a lot better I imagine.
I am also wondering if the charging would work considerably better (higher output? Watts?) via aux socket compared to the cable under the seat.
I am asking because, as I have mentioned above, with the cable from under the seat I was never able to even maintain the charge of my phone while using navigation.

Here some pics of the cable, connector and broken socket.
Buy the connector, correct cable and a socket, solder and enjoy. But would there be an improvement compared to the original USB-A socket charging regarding the output?

I just learned USB-A to USB-C charging is limited to 12W while USB-C can deliver 60, 100 even up to 240W (if USB PD is available. But 60W would suffice anyway I guess). Well that is a considerable difference...
