Insurance Speed Master

    why is it so expensive to insure my speed master it's being delivered next Friday so I thought right let's get some insurance the cheapest I can get I am 68 with 9 years no claims is £390 my other two bikes aprilia tuono and triumph speed triple both about 130 bhp I pay about £160 each the speed master is only 77 bhp. so doesn't the performance of the bike come into it or is it just the cost I valued the speed master at £10.000

    @bob1 Yes it is expensive. Try like the rest of us shopping around. I still use Carole Nash. Every year they send me a stupid renewal quote i tell them i will be cancelling my policy at the end of the term and sure enough they come back with a sensible quote for my two bikes.
