Hi all, think of looking at a 2014 america, it's only got 1200 miles in the clock, anything other than the obvious should I be warey about. The asking price is £6495. Thanks.
I have a 2005 Speedmaster which is pretty similar to the America. I'm not aware of any major issues these bike have. Regarding price, maybe have a look on Ebay (sold for price) and Auto Trader to get a feel of what the market price is.

Hi Trikeboiler, good buy with only 1200 recorded miles, like you I purchased my low mileage 2014 America a couple of months ago in my case mine only had 525 miles on the clock, which now still has only 850 miles recorded, so like the one your interested in not really broken in yet. I'm delighted with mine and have to say probably the most comfortable bike I've ever owned and I've owned quite a lot over my almost 60-years of motorcycling. I read somewhere the 865 is pretty much bomb proof as far as reliability is concerned. I paid a little less than the asking price for mine but it's in the same ball park.
