Looking for a GT1050 Top Box (preferably blue). I know the chances are slim but thought I would ask. Thanks

I installed a Givi box. Not a big deal and lots more options than the Triumph original.

What Givi kit did you use Rob ? I've just bought a Sprint GT and want to fit my Givi top box to it but can't see a Givi fitting kit for it ?
    Thanks

I also have a Sprint GT 1050 (2011), and it has a Coocase on it from the original owner. In the case of the Sprint and my Trophy SE 1215, there are mounting bolt holes in the tail piece. For the Trophy, I simply drilled holes in two pieces of painted steel, about 2" x 6", and bolted them (hardware store stainless bolts) through the Givi mounting plate slots. Since my wife often rides on the back, and appreciates the backrest on both bikes, it was imperative that the mounting be rock-solid. The Sprint has a mounting plate that aligns with the bolt holes on the tail, but the Givi mounting approach would certainly work there, too. Not sure that helps. Good luck!

Thanks Rob, useful. I did find out that Givi used to make a kit for the GT
(part no: SR227) but it's discontinued now. I'm quite happy to fabricate some mounting pieces myself, I'll post some pics when done.
