My old Qudumph project I couldn`t finish, due to lack of job and funds. By the law of sod about a month after selling the old girl I manage to get a new job. Hard thing to do in England once you get over 50. So manage to buy a Trophy 900 1992 with in my budget. Bit of a non runner, rusty tank, ignition that turns off by self but not bad for the money. Going to get bike running first then do a similar project but finish it this time. Got myself a ACDC Tig welder, not done any Tig weldng since my 20`s so a fair old time ago. Determined to finish this and get on road for next year. Allowing myself a fair bit of time as not done bike mechanics for a while. Top bike is the old Quadumph 1200 project stupidly sold and lower is new 900. Not bad condition but does need some work IMGP6604.JPG s-l1600 (2).jpg

Welcome? He's been here for years.
Pity about the old bike, was coming on nicely but good luck with the new project.

Nice of them to welcome me though . Yes determined this time to get this one finished. Such a shame about timing with old bike. Be interesting to see how 900 stacks up against 1200 in performance. Going to get it going first and ride it. Just got a clean tank so going to remove carbs and see if rust been sucked in. Hope not.
