I am new here and not a technical kind of guy, but want to learn and am seeking for help.

About 4-5 weeks ago all of a sudden my bike came up with a notification " Check Engine" and the Motor Management Indicator kept on. We did not change anything to the bike at that moment. And the bike wouldn't start anymore.

By using TuneECU we found out that the error message was P0335 Crankshaft Sensor. We resetted everything and the error didn't occur anymore.

Nevertheless, about 2 weeks ago in the Eifel again the bike refused to start in the evening after a whole day driving the beautiful roads. After a night keeping the bike in the house, drying after rain, it started the next morning fine and I could drive back home. During this period of time no error codes or indicator were shown on the display.

Last week I had no issues at all with starting or driving around, stop and starting again. But unfortunately, yesterdag after a morning of driving, again the bike wouldn't start. No sparking!
In our garage we added a extra battery, because mine was pretty empty by trying to start, and the bike started again. It was running and after 20-30 seconds it stopped and now we can't get it on again. No errorcodes, no indicator lights on the TFT, no F-clue what it can be.

Is there some who knows about this problem? Had the same issue? Knows the following steps to pinpoint the issue?
We want to keep our eyes on the Crankshaft Sensor, but is this common? Its completely in the inside of the bike, so how could that be broken or malfunctioning?

@Triumph_Devil Welcome to the family. Firstly if it is a new bike for me it would be going back to the dealer sharpish for replacement. I would also be screaming at Triumph. Check things like side stand and clutch lever safety switches. Also check the earths starting with the Battery. Then check the switch gear and ignition and around the headstock and area for broken wires. Do let us all know how you get on. And i do hope its an easy fix.

It is not a new one It’s from 2017

We have, based on answers in several forums and app groups checked wiring. All related to the stator and pickup sensor. We found out today that the sensor is faulty and needs replacement. For now we only replace the sensor instead of the entire stator coil.
    And see from there
