Our annual AGM was held in Palmerston North in the North Island, after being in Nelson in the South Island last year. It alternates annually to assist members travelling from across NZ We had a smaller contingent of 6 attending, do meet up eith other chapters on the way.
Regular meeting spot in Te Awamutu to catch up with Waikato After water and gas for dome, we headed to National Park to meet Bay of Plenty and Taupo.
Beautiful part of the country. Summer or Winter we stopped for lunch, before heading off to Palmerston North. After a long day and hot weather, we stopped gor ice cold refreshments and wonderful service at our favorite Feilding oasis
The Copthorne Hotel was ready for 100+ bikes and riders. After checking in we dropped off the trophy for best triple, which covered many models.
The AGM meeting after breakfast was not too long, then we were off on our regular AGM Ride. First stop was local Triumph dealer who sponsored lunch

Next stop the famous Tui brewery in Mangatainoka for a refreshing ale or cider. As per the advertising the barmaids were lovely most people had a complimentary muffin
Back to the hotel for dinner and prizegiving. We also had a special visit from Dave Moss, who was great to listen/learn from and I managed a couple of beers afterwards. I was surprised he played Rugby, before racing for team USA
Good night's rest, breakfast and off home, after presentation of $3157 to St John's Ambulance Palmerston North
