Ugliest And Best Looking Motorcycles

Here's my contender for best looking,

 

& number 2,,I'm biased as they are mine

 

I'd go the other way round but both nice bikes

 

I didn't put the ugly bike in,they are both my pretty bikes,,my ugly one would been my bmw,sold now but I loved it,just too tall for me.

How did this thing of beauty pass th planning stage..!!!!.. A junior school set square set fest indeed..... Reminds me a bit of that last Hesketh ever built at th Brit bike museum with its fairing held together with gutter bolts.. No wonder it was th last...

 

What a fun thread! I've just now found it recently and it has been really interesting to see all the bikes. It also makes me realize that beauty really is in the eye of the beholder....as is ugly.

My vote for best looking is a friend's MV Augusta Dragster 800RR. A beauty in photos but it really shines (literally and figuratively) in person! And, of course, I think my three current bikes are right up there for beauty, too.



My vote for ugliest is any KTM with what I call "the insectoid face" and mirror antennae. I know folks that have these KTM naked bikes absolutely love them and that they get rave reviews in terms of capabilities. But.....the thread asked about "ugliest" and to me, this is it. BTW, the back half of this bike looks just fine. Well, minus the license plate holder which can be easily remedied (thankfully).

 

Yeah, that KTM headlight - always reminds me of the alien in Independence Day!

 

The spoke-wheels on the MV look amazing! And real fun to clean probably!

 

MMmmmmmm I like th MV Augusta but.... Fitted with th Lincoln continentals, not so much. But if its th norm there its th norm... We don't have straight teeth. It seams life can be diverse...

I understand they are designed to do a job but, jeez, they are ugly nowadays

 

I have a long standing affection for the classic Jawa 350 2-stroke twins (I've had two) although I know many may think they are ugly!

In production as a 250 since 1946 and as a 350 since the 1950's they could still be bought new until production ended in January 2025. Possibly the only mass market 2-stroke sold new in the UK since the 90's.

Hi Sandi, i used to work at a place where a guy had an MV Dragstar. I coveted it soooo much, then i found how much they were! The dream died right there.

I have never seen an ugly bike, I just love them all, some I wouldn't buy myself but I never dislike them.
