Hi everyone, Thanks for this goldmine of information about our beloved rides! I'm from Granville, in Normandie (France) and I've been riding Triumph for more than 10 years now. First "modern" ones (a 2009' black Tiger 1050 and later a 2013' devil red Tiger Sport) and now old ones. 18 month ago, I bought a 95' Trophy 900 (racing green of course) which I'm in love with. It runs beautifully but will require some restoration work in the future (mostly paint, but not only). And because the closest mecanic with experience of 90's Triumph is more than an 1h ride away and for financial considerations as well, I plan to do everything I can myself. Due to an electric incident last automn (almost resulting in the combustion of the bike), I'm in the process of changing the wiring harness. I've also some general maintenance planned: fluids change, new front breaking disks... I'm not a very experienced mecanic but I'm curious and willing to learn. @RedGuy Welcome to the family quite nice bike there do share some pictures with us all here. Just hit the upload a file button bottom right corner. And if you need help drop a line in the rebuilds or tech section and you will get lots of help. On here the patrons are so helpful and willing to share a project with all of us.
