    Hey all,
New to the forum I ride a 2013 Daytona 675R

I had a couple issues happen with some header bolts about a month ago so needless to say I had to rip down my bike and replace the bolts(I chose titanium) as two of the old steel ones snapped off and two nuts in the middle header went missing.

Now here's my problem...I went and completely spaced it and didn't get the header crush gaskets. My local dealer said a week after I ordered them this was two weeks ago and I still don't have them in hand. Are there any reasonable sites that will get you what you need in a timely manner. We're September now and my riding season is coming to a close with winter on the way but i still need to fix it to get it to storage.

    Any Ideas or advice?

Finally had my part arrive at the shop now the process.
    SOOO
About 4 weeks ago my Daytona 675R started sounding REALLLLLY funny. I assumed it was a valve timing issue UNTIL I started really looking. I Then discovered that Header 1 studs: snapped the gasket was starting to come out the end. header 2 the nuts were completely GONE, and header 3 the nuts were working their way off the stud.

This weekend assuming I have the time. I get to remove 2 broken studs and the other 4 as well because I am NEVER having this happen again. Im gonna have to sleeve a hole as it is by the looks. The new studs going in are going to be titanium followed by blue Loctite.

If anyone has any tips between then and now I'm all ears.
    I have my manual ready

The only thing i say is use silicone to seal then if you need to remove it for any reason it will come away easily. I have used this method for many years and around headers and have never been let down. I do believe your woe's come from a bad workman.
