Watching with interest, Ive got a 2014 and could do with some carry capacity, assume you want to keep the back seat cowl in place?
Im using a magnetic tank bag just now but another option would be good.

Beware the magnetic tank bag, I used one on mine and got all manner of miniscule metallic crap from the road stuck under it which scratched the paintwork.

I would start with some pannier rails to keep them from scratching/fouling the suspension, then it's a price thing anything from £60 to £300 or USA equivalent, then the look, retro or normal. Bonneville parts of the same era will most likely fit

I have a set of Triumph bags that i have adapted to fit i think the 2019 Bonneville no rails or just have as a throw over item. I don't use them preferring my Held bags. So can sell to someone with postage. If interested send me a private message and make an offer around £40 and postage unless picking up

Hi have a Speed Twin 1200. I fitted the SW-Motech Legend Gear LC side bags. I've used them in all weather for 8 months; I love them. Great bags with a removable waterproof bag. The only addition I've made is to buy two cable locks to secure them when parked as its easy to remove the bags. The fixing frame is easy to fit and doesn't spoil the look of the bike with the bag removed.

still looking for a solution. ideally just 1 bag on the right side. Viking says they don't make anything for the '10 thruxton 900. i found these mounts on ebay but not sure what bag(s) would mount properly. TIA.[IMG]
