I took off the stock "snorkel" air cleaner on my Low Rider ST and replaced it with a lower profile, sleeker (but still high flow) S & S Stealth Air Stinger air cleaner. It gives my knee more clearance and I like the look better than the stock setup. Plus I like that the S & S can stand for Sandi & Steve. ;):)

My bike back in October with the stock air cleaner. I gave Steve my stock air cleaner for Valentine's Day--romantic, eh? which he really likes, and he replaced the stock air cleaner on his Road Glide Special with my take-off "snorkel". It was a win-win! :)

I bought this pair of leathers recently from WOT and couldn’t be happier with them. I already owned the matching jacket and they match my 2020 Speed triple. They fit perfectly and are actually comfortable. Vented in all the right places. Maybe it’s a little much, but I can’t put a price on the skin on my ass.

I got it at my local J&S Superstore. It was easy to fit on the tiger, but did require removing the front side panel, the pannier rack and rear fairing panels. The cameras relatively easy to fit once the cables were placed. I wired the power onto the rear light feed, which was a bit fiddly to get at. All in, it was quite straight forward.

Similarly we have booked the hotel in Wales for our third year. We will be at least ten this year.

if you are looking to do the Wild Atlantic Way (basically the the West coast) have a look at the YouTube channel of this couple who live in the next village.

They did it in two parts and you will find 13 episodes to watch with commentaries on the hotels they stayed in.

I don’t use websites etc as I’ve been a few times and my brother lives there.
This time we’re staying in the North West corner of the island. Ferry to Belfast and first night at Carrickfergus. Then around the North Antrim coast and over to the West to Dungloe. Staying West the next day to Leanane. Before crossing back to Belfast for the ferry Back to Cairnryan. I use Basecamp to plot the routes (my job) another of the lads going does the hotel bookings and another of my brothers does the ferry bookings. This division of the planning/booking seems to work well. It has for the past 25 years ish anyway.
You won’t go far wrong wherever you decide to go in Ireland. The reason Ireland is so green is because it rains, a lot. Be prepared to get a tad damp. It’s a biggish island so don’t try to do it all in one trip. Pick an area and have a look around it. The people, the pubs, the hotels and the culture is just fantastic. Enjoy your trip whichever part you decide to visit.

Thanks @Baza I watched the MMD stuff before I did the NC500 last year and found them to be informative and amusing. I’ll get the YouTube fired up

I booked a trip, flights and insurance for Helmut and I to do a week long tour of Gran Canaria in March https://www.canarymotorcycletours.com/home-page

The riding looks pretty good and we could both definitely do with some warm weather and sunshine.

Nothing exotic, erotic or particularly exciting. Just a new air compressor for the garage. The old one served me well for 17 years and cost me £65 so good value I think! :grinning: The new one is the same size tank but slightly higher CFM rating. They've gone up a bit in price too!:joy:
