The world has gone mad - Carry on films are sexist, Tom and Jerry is violent, Kenny Everett is vulgar but two unknown idiots on a reality TV show bonk and they get celebrity status.
This one reminds me of when I was in NZ staying on a farm and helping the farmer clear some rocks that were blocking a small gully of a stream that was his main water supply. There were a few of us including his and a neighbours wife. He went down into the gully and I straddled it to receive the rocks he would pass up and pass them to the neighbour, anyway I was straddling the gully the first rock was passed up and to receive it I had to squat down and reach down. As I received the rock and started to stand up my tackle fell out of the bottom of my shorts, which were short in those days, much to the delight of my friends and their neighbours who left me dangling, so to speak, as I couldn't move or drop the heavy rock as my friend was stood underneath. Unfortunately none of the wives offered to tuck them back in.
