Anyone know what size the battery terminal bolts are on a T120? I want to pop a permanent SAE charging lead on it when it arrives, and Optimate do one with M6 eyelets and another with M8.
Good morning @learningtofly, gosh you get going early! Triumph fit the same battery to pretty much all the "Modern Classics": I've checked the handbooks and yours will be the same as mine. So I popped out to the garage and measured mine. If by "the battery posts" you mean the hex bolts (with a Cross head driver slot in the top) that clamp the cables to battery itself, they are M6. Which is what I expected; an M8 bolt would be a big terminal, probably moving into small car territory. Hope that helps.
