Completely stumped trying to get baffles out , I have removed torques bit but they are truly jammed in, I have even managed to push the baffles back a bit so can not even re fit holding screws HELP
Or just remove the can and give the baffle a wack from the other side, it only takes two minutes each to get them off.
It was doing my head in, so I decided to take end cans off and and tap them out from inside the can with the wooden end of a hammer. Got to be the biggest baffles I have ever seen.
I'm looking for help, it's the first triumph I've had and I frikkin love it, I can undo the hex screw, and have removed the baffles, but I've heard that you have to have the bike set up or risk damaging the engine, please help as it sounds awesome without Cheers fletch
Presumably you already have the correct map on for your cans fletch. There is no differing map for baffles in or out. If you're unsure just download tune ecu from http://www.tuneecu.com/ which is free but you'll need a cable. Best from lonelec http://lonelec.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=52&search=Triumph then put on the appropriate map.
