Bloody hell you are lucky easy jet did not cancel your flight

 

I had a 2 hrs delay and that was it. I wasn't expecting to even get off the ground.

 

@Bikerman, I LOVE that photo! It's truly beautiful. How in the world did you get such a great shot from inside the plane?

I hope you have a wonderful time in Spain with your brother. Looking forward to hearing about it when you get back.

Out on my morning walk yesterday

 

Finally the dragonfly nymphs are emerging from our pond and will stop feeding on the tadpoles and newts, in future may scoop them out in to a separate container. Cool to see them transform though

You might want to keep your chickweed under control before it becomes a problem

Took a walk up Kinnoull hill yesterday, view of the Friarton bridge near Perth which is a 100 feet high, it looks like I'm standing close to the edge, i definitely wasn't! i cropped the photo

Took the grandkids up to this lovely secluded pool, I've taken them before and we always get it to ourselves as unless you have stumbled across it you wouldn't know it's there it's about a 5-10 min walk over rough ground from a layby up the Moulin moor


they spent spent hours in the pool with their mum, i swam over and sat on a ledge under the waterfall ..it was bliss!

Off for 2 weeks so heading to the coast at 2.30am is doable now! This was yesterday morning before sunrise. Kinbane Head, Fair Head, Rathlin Island, and Scotland in one picture. The ruin is a fishermans cottage, there is also a castle behind the hill but there's not a lot left of it.

 

It's great being off work! Another early one this morning. Before and after sunrise on the Antrim Coast.

A couple of snaps from my recent holiday tour of the Alps.

The first is is Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria and the second is Hallstatt in Austria (also the screen saver on my Samsun TV)

 

Just when you mention it, the second pic is also the screensaver on my LG TV
