Playing catch up again with these, but this one was last month. Basically a run through the North Yorkshire Moors National Park roughly following the line of the North York Moors Railway to Grosmont station. Plenty of empty roads One of the old 17th century pack horse bridges over the river Grosmont Station is the junction where the heritage railway ends and the main rail network begins, but the station has been restored to how it looked in 1952. The view from the platform cafe - plenty of free bike parking in the adjacent car park
Yes mate, it's just simple no frills fun. No rider modes, cable throttle and a willing little twin pot engine. Rear shock is a bit basic and the ride quite harsh over bumps. I've locked the back wheel a few times changing down too quickly and it gets a bit sketchy over changes in road surfaces but overall a fun bike
Another gorgeous, sunny day, Steve! Glad to see that you're getting back out on your bike after your move and house "stuff".
Looks like that rear tyre wants changing soon You'd better start saving up you poor Northern pensioner
