28/04/2022, 2018 T120 - I had the Cruise Control Switchgear purchased and fitted by the guys in Watton. The service was great, ordering the parts was easy as the parts guy listens, guides and advises. They even installed my Satnav power supply while they had it apart included in the price ! I've been going for 22 years (only ever purchased 2 motorcycles but MoT, service and 'review' the latest models) never had an issue with them and the showroom is the same as other Triumph main dealers I have visited - relaxed, quiet with friendly, approachable and professionally calm staff.
I bought my new Speed Triple from them last year. They seem a genuinely nice bunch of people and I’ll happily buy from them again.
I also bought my Speed Triple from them 3 years ago and they were easy to deal with. I do my own servicing so don't use their workshop and therefore cannot comment on that.
