Hi all. I’ve tried looking on Google with no luck. Basically, my thumb control on the left switchgear for the trip computer (the grey cube you move with your thumb to adjust the trip computer) fell off whilst riding and I rang local dealer who said a whole new switchgear is required at ball clenching £250! I don’t want to fork out £250 for a piece of plastic that probably costs 10p. So does anyone know of a 2021 rs that is being broken for parts where I might get one? Or any suggestions for a home fix? See pic for exact part I mean. Tia

    Surely that's a warranty issue?

I agree with PH1969, it should be a warranty claim, there have been a number of owners who have had theirs replaced, don't let the dealer fob you off and insist they put it right under warranty.

I have a whole switch cube thing for sale on fleabay BUT it's not for a speedie rs.
I bought it thinking it was but it looks like its for a tiger (it has heated seat and suspension buttons)
Possible an option as you could do an autopsy on it and use the parts? £50 is what i paid.
    pm me if interested sir.

I just realised that I never kept on eye on this post after creating it! Thanks all for your replies. Iceman, it's being replaced under warranty on July 16th. Apparently it's a common issue that Triumph are aware of. Incidentally, the chap booked in before me at the dealer on the 16th is apparently having exactly the same thing fitted to exactly the same bike as mine for exactly the same reason!

So getting it sorted soon. Thanks again all
