I've been going out long walks with a mate recently, he was ill last year and ended up in hospital, it was a bit of a wake up call for him and he decided to lose weight (he's lost 5 stone so far but still needs to lose a few stone yet) had a 9 mile walk today with him, i took a few photos as it was such a nice day Pine cone view point at the Hermitage near Dunkeld view from above we walked along the river Tay, if you zoom in you can see the bridge at Dunkeld
Good for you for walking with and encouraging your mate, Dougie. And good for him for losing that weight and improving his health--probably both physical AND mental! Nice photos, too!
You've given me an idea...... I've been pondering lately, why do leathers always shrink when left in the cupboard over the winter months??

Nice sky the other morning! I knew the clouds were going to light up, starting to get a feel for the conditions. Sat about half an hour looking at the clouds and thought, yeah, they're gonna light up when the sun comes over the horizon
