Can anyone help me out - I am being driven insane by pop ups on this site - every single page every single click, covering at leat a third of what I actually want to read - glorious bike stuff
If I wanted a lap top I’d be on Apples site, if I wanted to look like a scarecrow I’d probably buy some of that weird Americana stuff but honestly they are now more infuriating that Katie Price, Rylan the cost of diesel and the total lack of a warm spring day
If anyone knows a way of stopping these please put me out of my misery
    My eternal thanks

Yes yesterday was the pits and so infuriating every topic a spammer. It has put a different light on being a member of the best club on earth. And this forum i have found it the only one. Yes i am close to just throwing in the towel on the Triumph forum. I now the membership does take care of the average ads on here that get some revenue for the club.

Thanks @Joe mcdonald I found the subscribe option - I don’t begrudge £5 despite the current economic situation as the forum has to run

I just choose BBC over ITV :joy:

You could also try an AdBlocker. There are loads of free ones that will help stop those annoying ads. I use "Adblocker Ultimate" which stops all ads.

Cheers @Wessa - I have Adblock & BlockBear but no good I’m afraid - I keep getting images of larger semi clad ladies popping up in my browser - it’s no good for my blood pressure, a man of my age :)

Download anti-malware software called Malwarebytes and run it. Also, install the ‘Ghostery’ plugin on your browser if you can. It sounds like your computer needs cleaning up.

Edit: Also, check your browser settings. It should have something to block pop-ups. But do the Malwarebytes thing!

That's strange, I never see ads or popups on any site [1], I use uBlock Origin for ad blocking. Note, Adblock Plus is a racket that gets advertisers pay it not block adds (though I understand that there is a setting for you to stop these ads too.)

[1] That a lie, I see the ads shown as the top results by Google search, and watching youtube there is sometimes an ad show at the top of the list of suggested videos on the right.

I never get any pop ups. Use Vivaldi browser that has a built in blocker.
