I had a parcel today.....and opened it with much excitement then fitted it's contents to my bike the second I got home from work. Poor photos in the garage and before I wiped it clean, but...you know....the fever of excitement :p. I'll get some nice pictures when next I am out...very soon I hope!!

Spent the afternoon fitting the air horn to the new bike. I had it on the old bike but the compressor went missing when it was stolen. The compressor doesn't appear to be available separately but luckily, I came across a brand new one from a private seller on ebay for just over half the price of the full kit.:grinning:

Got snapped by bikerpics.co.uk yesterday but I am too tight to pay nearly £10 each for the photos they took. Wouldn’t they get more takers for say £5.00 each?

Anyhoo, it was a nice but cold run out on the Daytona and each ride confirms for me that the higher bars have transformed the riding position for this 50+ year old biker. ;)

Agree 100% on the bar mods, in fact, any mod that makes the bike more comfortable 'cos more comfort = more miles.:grinning: I fitted bar risers to my ZZR some years ago, plus a slightly taller screen. I also use an Airhog seat for long 600+ mile days in the saddle.

Due to the current spring-like weather conditions, I am very much on the road again with my "Siberian TIGER". I have a new hobby: frustrate "PORSCHE drivers". Under the right legal conditions in neighboring Germany (partly no speed limit), you can easily frustrate various PORSCHE drivers due to the acceleration capability of the TIGER 1200, if you don't disappear from the rear view mirror when accelerating from speeds of 150 km/h to +200 km/h. I realize that this is not the real purpose of the TIGER, but it's still fun!

This is one of the kicks "available" when out on the ZZR, when some F1 refugee comes up behind you in his turbo charged go kart. Just twist your wrist and disappear, all the way up to the speed limiter. All on private roads of course.:p

Some Porsche drivers are bikers too. Because they appreciate performance and speed. :)

I moved the SpeedTriple and MV (in turn). out of the bike store and into the new conservatory to allow a new floor to be laid in the bike area. Half the floor at a time to allow me working space The floor is made from left over composite decking laid on top of the existing garage floor.
The bikes are so dusty from all of the garage and conservatory works…..Looks like I’ve a few days cleaning ahead of me once the project is finished..

That looks nice. I was considering BC for my 2010 T100. Did they come with any kind of baffles or are they hollow? Did you have to do any type of remapping after install?

A bit nippy at 5c, but went for a run anyway.
