Touring TRIP TO NORTHERN FRANCE???

Anyone thinking of doing a long weekend in Jul/Aug/Sep to France.
Just brought my first ever Sprint ST 1050 and dying to use it on quiet empty roads followed by a beer in every square.
Let me know and we can organize dates, riders. Be good to go with a few Triumphs..........

Thanks guy's look forward to meeting some of you out on runs and meets. I've been a yamaha Fazer 1000 rider for the last 12yrs and decided its time for a change and see what else is out there.
Took an ST 2011 out for a ride from Triumph Hemel Hempstead and that was it.

 

Just need to make a couple of changes as I'm a shorty

 

Need the bars raised and a touring screen to get that draft over my head on the motorways, like most riders. Its just which ones work.........!

I'm off to France on the 13th of this month but I'm always up for another one later in the year subject to getting leave granted off the wife. If you're still up for it and you decide when you want to go, give me a shout.

I'm asking a few of my friends and 3 have said they are interested so the more the better.
A nice dozen would be a good start.

was suggested a few months ago but unfortunately it didn't get to the planning stage. Somewhere to consider perhaps.

 

That looks like a good location and nice roads down that way too. Would be a good ride down and along the coast and not expensive.

 

Would be good to do this when the sun is shining before the schools start back and the roads are quiet.
