This could have spoiled my day, don’t know how it got there but I was sat waiting in my local garage and just happened to wonder what it was stuck to the sole of my Timberlands….No idea how it got there but it penetrated right through the sole by some way…

The pilot was Larry Murphy. I don't suppose there are many people in the world who could do that but apparently it's a routine manoeuvre for the guys flying Chinooks.
