What exhausts fit...

    Hi all

    I have an 04 Daytona 600 which I'm looking to change the exhaust... nothing overly expensive, probably a budget exhaust off ebay as I would like to improve the noise and look where possible.

    Just an FYI, a friend brought his R1 round with a very smart road legal GP exhaust and it sounded amazing without causing bleeding ear drums, then...I fired mine up and like a under-endowed kid in the showers at school...just felt embarassed.

    The trouble I am facing is the Daytona 600 seems to be hardly talked about on other forums when googling for info.

    Does anyone know specifically what exhausts would fit mine i.e. will a bandit exhaust have the same fitment, etc

    Any help would be great

    Cheers biglad I'm now watching the pipe werx for sale. Do you know if any other bike manufacturer exhausts will fit the daytona?? I'm hoping someone says "ahh zx6r exhausts fit" then I can widen my search

    I'm looking at just that too! There's a few bolt on silencers on eBay, I asummed they'd be a straight swap. You think an exhaust is hard to find, try finding a rear seat cowl! Post what you get, I'm interested in swapping mine out too

    I will do, I certainly think I need some more info first so I can find something I'm after... I have a silver rear seat cowl that I considered selling then after being on here I saw how rare they are so might just have to keep ahold of it ;-)

    They were very VERY helpful to me and are able to build a silencer to your needs and post it next day. Very good priced too.
