    It's because we've got land. If it was just a house and garden there wouldn't be an issue, but we have about 7 acres so that has to be approved by 'SAFER' (Stupid Arrogant Feckin' Engrate Rogerers) - an organisation that protects agricultural land.

    But I'm not bitter....................................................................

    I am NEVER, EVER moving again.

    You're right of course mate, but I don't like doing stuff like that until I'm completely sure I can deliver, if you get what I mean? It's just a really shit time to be honest.

    Renewed insurance and tax :(
    Renewal came in at £446 with all the extras from Bennetts :mad:
    Haggled them down on the phone to £202 for same cover and extras :)

    I think I'm going to have to look into that tbh. I can fly into East Midlands easy and cheap enough, I just need to find someone who does bike hire - any ideas?

    Had a look for hiring triumphs and they all seem to be down sth, including the site that wanted your credit card details to prove you were over 18!!
