Hi all, recently joined the forum Have wanted to get my bike license for quite some time (I'm now 43) and in June, I did the direct access, and passed mod 1 & 2 first time (slightly chuffed ). Mod 1 completed on an MT09 and Mod 2 on a speed triple. So, the hunt started for my 1st machine, which did not take long One of the guys at the training centre had a crystal white speed triple R, with some choice mods already done, and I knew that was the bike for me! Having done mod 2 on a speed triple, it felt right for me. Some days later, the deal was done, and I am now the proud owner of a launch edition R Have to say, I'm finding the forum very useful, for tips/tricks/info Keep up the good work guys!
