Well, friends with street bikes were busy so us with the dual-sport tires hit some dirt. First go at loose roads on the '17 SS and it handled it well. It's no KLX and was a bit squirrelly on the slimy stuff, but otherwise handled it just fine. The bike is officially dirtier than ever, and I think it really does something for the looks!

At long last in the UK we were (are) allowed out.....and the sun shone. So great to be back out on the bike again and finally get some pics of all the 'lockdown changes' I've made. So pleased with the end result!

Really nice looking bike! I like the changes you’ve made. Are those the Fox shocks? How do you like them?

Hi, glad you like it. Yes they are the Fox shocks. To be honest I would have thought that I'm not really a good enough rider to really tell the difference......but, I totally can! I wouldn't quite say that it's night and day, but they are so much more confidence inspiring. I'm not that heavy so have them dialed in a little firmer than standard and it makes the whole ride so much more sure footed for me. So please I took the plunge.

Love what you've done with the bike. Where ever did you find a right side pannier rack? Is that a custom job?

    It's a custom job.

There are various photos of the bike, some with the luggage here

If you care to wander over to Triumphrat forum there are more detailed luggage pictures

Since I’m sure everyone is dying to see my bike again... here’s more recent photos showing the addition of dresser bars and Clearwater lights.

Caught by BikerPics in Fyfield, Essex on Sunday morning - and if I say it myself, that bike looks so good (enhanced by the rider of course) :yum

Awesome looking bike. I have the same exhaust, it’s such a good sound. Interested in what make of jeans they are?

Thank you @JPB – I'm sure it's the same exhaust...made by your friendly local dealer, Total Triumph in Taunton. They managed aesthetically pleasing angles with the slash cuts and with the gentle kick out to clear the rear spring. The sound is magnificent :grinning:

The jeans are Spidi Pathfinder CE Cargo Pants (to which I've added the optional hip protection, to make them AA rated) and I can't rate them highly enough. They're stretchy and extremely comfortable, albeit too narrow to go over any boots bulkier than a hi-top. I have two pairs (the others are charcoal black). There's a good Motolegends review on YouTube.

Thanks Mr Triple, I’ll take a look at them. Yes, Total Triumph put it on my bike from new, I love the deep sound and it looks great.

Your tank looks great (love that design) - and it looks like you've ticked nearly all the Triumph accessories on the bingo sheet...you just need fork protectors, a CNC brake fluid reservoir, headbolt covers and some bobbins I think :D

Is that the new Triumph branded Beeline too? I'm tempted by one (either branded or regular aluminium version) - would you recommend it?

The bike was customised by Total Triumph to look like the James Bond replica, I really liked it so decided to p/ex my Speed Twin in for it. The beeline is the new Triumph branded one, works great

Hi Mr Triple, I have purchased the Spidi Pathfinders recently and they are really comfortable and I love the fit. Thanks for sharing, I have some John Doe Ironhead dual layer jeans, which I am going to sell as these work so much better for me. Safe riding
