Nice! Would love another thruxton, the wheels are a smart upgrade, ultimately thats what made me get rid of mine. Good luck with the sale :)

Hope you don't mind - I'm pretty sure you won't - I've passed the details across to a friend of mine who's looking to get back into Thruxton ownership. He seems very interested but has a Ducati ST to sell first - fingers crossed he gets what he wants and needs for that and follows through on your Thrucky.

Do, please, update the thread if it sells. Ta.

I've taken the decision not to sell this, I should be probably be banned from trying to sell this bike in this forum! I just can't bring myself to let it go, apologies to anyone who might have been interested.

I have to say that I'm glad you decided to keep your Thruxton, Flashp! Especially with all those awesome mods and upgrades. I traded my 2016 Silver Ice Thruxton R and it's the one bike of all those I've sold or traded that I wish I'd kept. Enjoy that bike!! :grinning:

I have the same dilemma. I've got mine for sale currently but I won't be sad if it doesn't go.

What are you plans if it does go? I was fancying a shaft drive bike like a GS or Triumph Tiger 1200/Explorer but I think now I'll try and sell my GSX only and see if I can pick up a Tiger with maybe a little bit of cash on top of what I get for the Suzuki.

I quite fancy one of the new Trident 660's, a Guzzi V7 or perhaps a Speed Twin 1200, but for now I'd just run the other two bikes I have and look for something to replace the Thruxton with in the Autumn or maybe even Springtime 2022.
