Garage Cost

Afternoon all,

Saw this today, looks pretty good, does anyone have any experience in estimating the build cost? Shower room and small kitchen to be put in behind the stairs.

 

That's what I thought but I think they will as there's lights and electrics, I think it could be a roll door sitting behind the frame

 

It does, it's a mates parents who are making it for him. Lucky boy!

I've got a standard double garage and have spent the last hour figuring out if I could do the same to mine. I'd have to rip it down and start again...think I'll just build an office to the side similar to this I made last year.
