I occasionally watch stupid idiotic driver clips on Youtube. Recently I've noticed that a lot of bikers are revving the nuts off their bikes with the clutch in rather than using their horn. Quite why they think that this draws more attention is beyond me. Can anyone on here care to try to explain?
I am guessing it's a way of showing aggression/shouting at those they feel have aggrieved them...mind you from all the videos I have seen on YouTube its more often the bikers that are the twats.
I don’t disagree with that. I like to call them organ donors. Why you would want the whole world to see your utter stupidity is beyond me but they do make me laugh sometimes.
Because the factory fitted horn is as quite as a mouse fart First thing I do is fit a Screaming Banshee or a Denali air horn
Back in the 80's the microns on my LC and the fresco pipe on my DT were louder than the feeble yam horns so it worked better as an audible warning, plus it also put revs up giving me the option of accelerating out of trouble rather than braking into it..
