Nothing... it is cranking since accident happen. But not have fuel injected from injectors Is there anyway to chech dtc without tuneecu tool ?
I havent check the pressure.. How to do this ? Do we simply disconect the fuel line that goes to injectors ? And see if the fuel is there ?
when you switch on ignition you should hear thethe pump run for about 2-3 seconds and then quieten down. the fuel line is under pressure so disconnect carefully and put end in a bottle or similar. But a fuel pressure check is best.
Yes that what i mean. Cos sometimes we hear sound but actually no fuel primming up to rail. Will update the result soon when battery is new
Hve a read of this thread on another forum: https://www.triumphrat.net/threads/2013-street-triple-turns-over-wont-start.940242/
It could also be your Crank Position Sensor, may have been knocked out of position or just dud. https://www.triumphrat.net/threads/2013-street-triple-r-will-not-start.908074/
Yeah i will try that too.. put oil on the cyl is an old tricks. Will be reported to you guys. But mine is clearly did not squirt fuel from injectors. But maybe im wrong. Let me do what he did
Update.. Spark is present. In all cyls Fuel pump working 12v on injector is not there Should it be 12v standby ? Help me with wiring diagram please if anyone have No dtc on the scanner
I mean rhe 12volt. Not the pulse. Its saturated injectors. So it has to be driven by ground pulse send from ecu. The othe pins has to receive 12v constant. But tell me if i got it wrong
Yes sir i know that.. But the othe pin on injector has to get 12v constant right ? I dont think mine have. But let me double check tomorrow.
You are correct, 12v ignition supply on one pin. The second pin will show a very small voltage but only when the engine is cranking, Alfie
Have you checked fuel level in tank? If bike in accident, flat on ground, did the fuel leak out of overflow drain? If fuel level low in tank - may be too low for fuel pump intake. For bike which has not run for some time AND has had work done on it - I would try to start it with engine start spray direct into air intake on carb/throttle body. At same time you can also give them a good clean. Remember to use earplug as can be VERY loud!
Your advice for checking the fuel level and potential leaks in a motorcycle after an accident or period of inactivity is spot on. It's crucial to ensure that the fuel system is functioning properly before attempting to start the bike. Using engine start spray and cleaning the carburetor or throttle body are great suggestions for getting a bike running smoothly again.
