Ive got a 2011 T100 with 1" dia handlebars but find that they make my hands ache after a while.
Considering changing them them to 7/8" dia bars, wondering if anyone has done this, would like to know whats involved and rough cost?

Would these work?, I haven’t see what T100 bar clamps look like but if they are the standard bolt on cap type these would do it for fixing the bars to the bike, but then you’ve got to fit different controls to the bars which sounds expensive, is there any chance that thinner grips could be fitted to your current set up?, maybe adjustable levers could help if it’s the reach that’s causing your hands to ache?

This is probably not worth the cost. I have a nice set of 1" Thruxton bars I wanted to put on my '00 Legend, but when I looked in to all that needed to be changed, I decided to look for another set of bars and grips. It would be a lot cheaper. ...J.D.

Bern doing a bit more digging and it looks like you can use the existing controls and levers by using reducing bushes and the 7/8" throttle tube from a Scrambler fits in the RH switch housing.

Still could be worth trying to get thin grips?, your only looking to lose a 16th of an inch on the radius, maybe the current grips are already thin though?

Ah right, ok last attempt to save you some money, ditch the Oxford grips and use heated gloves :)
