well dragged the scrambler out other day....looked at it, put it back in garage.......thats about it in 9 months here it is needing a wash, or love, or fuel maybe
I know exactly what you mean. In the last 12 months I've done a handful of miles on my Bonneville. Not much in the way of signs that normal useage can resume anytime soon either. Sometimes you wonder whether it's all worth it. The only winners in this seem to be insurance companies, the risk factor is massively reduced but the premiums are not.
i couldnt agree more.....insurance companies ruin my mental health, i truly hate them. i insure 9 vehicles. at a ever increasing cost, yet for a year iv nearly been housebound. I cant get traders policy, as im not a bonafied trader, and i have a collection of historic vehicles with agreed values,,grrrrrrr rant over.
I've managed to get just under 5k on the new Street Scrambler I bought last June. The ZZR has done just over 900m in the last year. I got a totally unexpected £25 rebate on my car insurance last year, due to the Covid lockdowns, without even asking for it! Absolutely feck all from the bike insurance companies.
