First ride impressions: Today I finally got to put some miles on the clock of my new T120. I rode about 70 miles and immediately formed three opinions. First, this is a lot of bike for the money. Coming from the Harley world, I'm used to saying a lot of money for the bike. Second, this is an incredibly responsive bike--handling and throttle. Third, I found it surprisingly comfortable--I'm 5'11" and 220 pounds. I look forward to putting some twisty miles on it. Today was mostly highway because of the recent snow and wet roads still.

    Hi Tommy,
Lovely looking bike (almost like mine! … and you even look like me!). You're lucky to get out and about, it's still winter up here although today was sunny and 2-3 deg C. I had exactly the same feelings about the T120 (..after only a 10 min ride) and then riding 1500km home from the dealer! I came from big Hondas (sorry, never any HD's but, I have to ride with them up here).
As a side note, I almost moved to Missouri many years ago. Never ridden the area but drove around and I thought it could be fun on a bike
ENJOY & use the gears - drop down a couple of cogs and leave them hanging - especially in the twisties

Welcome from KS, what are these "twisties" you speak of. Be careful while getting used to effective brakes.

Thanks, Steve. Big Hondas, big Harleys. Big bikes are big. And heavy. Light and nimble is fun.

We have plenty of twists and turns in the country roads in our area. Hills and valleys. Yes, the brakes are responsive, too. At my age, I want to believe that common sense is my co-pilot. Not interested in finding the max lean angle or top end on the open road. That was yesterday.

Beautiful bike! The first thing I said after riding a T120 was, "Holy cow, the brakes are :eek:amazing!" Glad you've gotten some miles on. Ride safe.

Pretty sure you’re about to find riding with Harley buddies or even big Honda buddies isn’t as much fun as it used to be....
