So personal experience is usually the best you can give. To some, once a month is more than enough, to others, not nearly enough. And unless you keep track, a lot of people over or underestimate depending on what their preference is. That's a huge 'it depends' sort of question. I'm reluctant to delve into people's personal desires/abilities/preferences , especially my own, on an open forum but I often think of an aunt of mine who was a practice nurse running health clinics for 60 yo old men. She always said that when she opened the waiting room door she was faced with roomful of lads with ages ranging from 50 to 70, despite them all being born in the same year. Some lads are lucky and are still at it regularly into the seventies while some give up 20 years earlier. There is so much more involved than testosterone and Viagra, it really is not that simple. It's the same for women, the menopause can be a real downer, or it can free them up, you don't know until it happens. What I will say though is that it can still be great fun at 60+, but don't expect it to be same as at 20.
Sex at sixty is great. As long as you can see over her shoulders and it doesn't interfere with access to the steering wheel.
