Tiger 900 2020-2021. I just got my Givi D6415 ST windscreen and after mounting, went for a ride. The Givi screen is wider at the bottom, middle and top compared to the stock screen. The Givi screen took care of the wind hitting me on my body and hitting my helmet. Finally, a much more quite ride. Even in the low position, The Givi is a bit tall for me (5'10") but that is a welcome trade off for the quieter ride.
I just fitted the GIVI D6415ST windscreen, to my new Tiger 900 GT Pro, and can agree the ride is calmer and it works really well. It has style to it's shape but is large enough to give good protection from wind and weather. Not as good as the brilliant Givi Airflow I fitted to my old tiger 800 Xrx, but a real improvement on the stock screen, which is not bad but too small.
Hi all Thanks for this thread I definitively looking for changing my stock windscreen. I’m 1,85 ( equivalent I think is 6’1) and first would like to go for the Puig Tourer. I think it ‘s look better then the givi. I’ve read yours and others comments about the fact that the puig potentially not protecting as expected especially the helmet. The givi seems to make the job but i’m a bit worried to have a too big windscreen which break the motorbike overall look Do you guys confirm analysis? Does the puig a good product or definitively too “small” for tall guy? Could you share more photos of your tiger with your new windscreen Thx
Hi All, New member here, posting for the first time. I have a 2021 Tiger 850, and I have the Givi windscreen on it. I find it excellent, and I'm really sensitive to wind noise and buffeting. I'm 6'-0"/ 182 cm tall, and the Givi gives me very good wind protection. I have had it, ahem, at an indicated 160 kph, which is probably beyond the design specification, and it was still pretty good. Two bikes ago, I had a 2017 V-Strom 650, and I had both the Madstad screen, and the Givi Airflow. The Givi AF was better than the stock 20" Madstad, but the Madstad with a spoiler lip was better. Still, the Givi on the Tiger is much better than either of the V-Strom efforts. I see there is another thread about windscreens here, but I just landed on this one.
